Ganeden Shows Off Six New Products Starring Ganeden BC30 Probiotic

Ganeden Biotech (Cleveland) will highlight six new branded products featuring its flagship probiotic ingredient Ganeden BC30 at the upcoming Institute of Food Technologists Annual Meeting and Food Expo. The company says that more than 80 food and beverage products now include Ganeden BC30, a spore-forming probiotic strain that makes food formulating easier because it can withstand heat, a variety of processing conditions, and frozen environments.
The six new Ganeden BC30 products are PreGel Happy Yo Super Sprint, a complete, instant mix for the creation of frozen yogurt; TapOut All-In-One, a meal-replacement mix; Six Star Instant Protein Smoothie, a vegan-based protein formula;BarnDad’s RISE Original Instant Green Coffee with Probiotics, which also contains green coffee extract; Copper Moon Probiotic Instant Coffeesingle-serve instant coffee stick packs; and Fizz Sparkling Probiotic Lemonade.

FDA revokes authorization to use Red No. 3 as a color additive in food or drugs
