Ganeden and Organic Milling Launch Probiotic Yogurt Puffs

Probiotic specialist Ganeden Biotech (Mayfield Heights, OH) has entered into a new partnership with cereal and granola manufacturer Organic Milling (San Dimas, CA) to market probiotic yogurt puffs with Ganeden BC30.

Ganeden BC30 is a patented strain of the bacteria Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086 intended for a healthy digestive system. The yogurt puffs are now available for stand-alone raw material or to be included in a wide number of factory-ready recipes, including Organic Milling’s various cereal and granola programs.

Ganeden Biotech states that the yogurt puffs will provide opportunities for a variety of label claims, including all-natural, Kosher, gluten-free, or “made with organics.”

The yogurt puffs will be available for sampling at booth #27100 at the SupplySide West show in Las Vegas later this month.
