Erin McEvoy: Hi everyone. I'm here at BioVivo Science, here with Chris. Thank you for joining us.
Chris Smith: Yes, ma'am, thank you. Thank you for having me.
McEvoy: So could you tell us more about the new botanical extraction and toll processing facility?
Smith: Sure, absolutely. We’re located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. It's 100,000 square foot facility with extraction, filtration, crystallization, concentration, spray drying capabilities, large capacity. Has the capacity for several thousand metric ton of material per year output.
McEvoy: So at SupplySide Global, you hosted a breakfast brief on supply chain resilience and ingredient innovation.
Smith: Yes, ma'am.
McEvoy: So what were some of the main takeaways from this presentation?
Smith: Main takeaways was what ingredients we were going to launch first, such as American ginseng, saw palmetto, broccoli seed. The other things that we really wanted to showcase was our capacity and our flexibility. Not only we're an ingredient producer, but we've also got a lot of toll processing capabilities as well.
McEvoy: So as a first-time exhibitor at SupplySide Global, what are some of the main innovations you're showcasing?
Smith: Main innovations is our extraction technology, our concentration capabilities, our filtration capabilities, crystallization, basically all the technologies that we have in place to take it from raw botanical to finished ingredient. And scale, there's not many extraction companies like us in the United States, and we're excited to showcase that. And get the name out there.
McEvoy: All right. Thank you.
Smith: Awesome. Thank you.
