Event Overview:
The modern consumer is caught in a compounding cycle where daily stress diminishes sleep quality, and the resulting exhaustion further drives cognitive decline and stress. While many turn to quick-fix solutions like caffeine to combat midday lethargy and poor focus, their effectiveness can be limited and may ever contribute to sleep disruption. This interactive webcast explores the complex relationship between dietary habits, stress management, and sleep biology to help brands break this cycle for their consumers. Attendees will also learn about the science behind how nutraceutical ingredients support both daytime performance and restorative sleep, as well potential synergies formulators can leverage to develop high quality and effective products.
- Key insights into the bi-directional relationship between stress, cognitive function, and sleep quality.
- Scientific analysis of synergistic nutraceutical ingredients that simultaneously target stress relief and sleep support.
- Strategic formulation approaches for creating successful multi-ingredient products in the sleep and mood sector.
Key Learning Objectives:
- Identify the biological mechanisms driving the cyclical relationship between high stress, impaired cognitive performance, and poor sleep quality
- Analyze the physiological impacts, both positive and negative, of common focus-enhancing nootropics and stimulants on a consumer's ability to transition into deep sleep
- Learn how specific stress-reducing and sleep-promoting ingredients complement one another to inform effective formulation of multi-ingredient nutraceutical products
Who Should Attend:
- R&D Scientists and Product Formulators
- Nutraceutical Product Managers and brand Strategists
- Innovation Directors and Ingredient Procurement Managers
