Expo West Sneak Peak: Probiotic for Foods and Beverages
Ganeden's patented probiotic strain is all over Expo West.

By all indications, Ganeden Biotech is having success with its patented GanedenBC30 probiotic on the food and beverage side. Four of its customers are exhibiting at Expo West 2013 with new products featuring the friendly bacteria strain: Empowered, The Cookie Department, Ruby’s Rockets, and Credible Cravings.
Visitors will have several opportunities to learn about formulating products with GanedenBC30 at Engredea 2013. Look out for a Friday Q&A session with Ganeden application and food scientist Howard Cash and a coffee and tea event for early risers on Saturday.
