The Cookie Department is unveiling its newest “fully functional” cookie, and this one contains one billion colony-forming units (CFUs) of GanedenBC30, the patented probiotic from Ganeden Biotech (Cleveland). Besides this new “Cherry Bomb” cookie, The Cookie Department's line of functional cookies includes an array of other unconventional baking ingredients, including maca powder, whey protein, caffeine, and cayenne pepper.
