Caravan Ingredients has scored a superior rating from the American Institute of Baking (AIB) following audits of the company’s five nationwide facilities (its headquarters in Lenexa, KS; Kansas City, KS; Grandview, MO; Fairfield, NJ; and Dolton, IL. The audit evaluates facilities for compliance with food-safety regulations.
The inspection evaluated operational methods and personnel practices, maintanence for food safety, cleaning practices, pest management, and food safety programs.
