Wild Flavors to Acquire A.M. Todd Ingredients

Wild Flavors GmbH (Zug, Switzerland) is acquiring certain assets of the A.M. Todd Group Inc. (Kalamazoo, MI), a leading supplier of mint flavors and ingredients. A.M. Todd’s offerings will complement Wild Flavors’ portfolio of flavors, colors, and other ingredients.
