GMP-certified tocotrienol producer Carotech Inc. will present its new ingredient, TocoBev, at Vitafoods 2011. TocoBev is a water-dispersible powder form of a natural, full-spectrum palm tocotrienol/tocopherol complex. It is specially formulated for the production of functional drinks and powdered beverages. Also at its booth, Carotech will feature its patented flagship ingredients Tocomin and Tocomin SupraBio. The Tocomin range of products is now GRAS-certified for both food and beverage applications (see FDA GRAS Notice No: GRN 000307).
