Polifenoles Naturales, S.L., known as PoliNat, a Spanish company based in the Canary Islands, is proud to announce the recent issuance of its U.S. Patent #8,367,072 for Xanthigen. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued the patent, titled “Composition for treating obesty and method of using the same.” According to Miguel Jimenez del Rio, PhD, president and CEO of PoliNat, “It’s gratifying that Xanthigen has been recognized as being unique enough to earn a patent.
