Univar to distribute Kalsec’s flavor, color, and food protection ingredients in the UK and Ireland

Kalsec Inc. (Kalamazoo, MI), a supplier of natural taste and sensory ingredients, colors, and food protection ingredients, announced that its ingredients will be exclusively distributed in the United Kingdom and Ireland by Univar B.V. (Rotterdam, Netherlands), a subsidiary of Univar Solutions Inc. The companies already work together in markets such as Poland and the Nordics, as well as in Latin American countries such as Mexico.
In a press release, Kevin Hack, Univar’s global vice president of food ingredients, stated, “The growing relationship between Univar Solutions and Kalsec illustrates our strength and commitment to the savory sector.
