TricorBraun Acquires Packaging Company Penn Bottle

Global packaging company TricorBraun (St. Louis) has announced the acquisition of Penn Bottle and Supply Co. (Philadelphia), a U.S. distributor of containers, closures, and related components.

TricorBraun is a global distributor of rigid packaging solutions with annual revenues estimated at near $1 billion. The company offers over 32,000 packaging containers and related components as well as extensive packaging design, engineering and development services, global sourcing, and logistics management. Customers include the personal care, household and industrial chemicals, and food and wine industries.

Penn Bottle and Supply Co. is TricorBraun’s twelfth acquisition.
