In this episode, assistant managing editor Sebastian Krawiec explains the latest progress on two lawsuits filed separately by the Natural Products Association (NPA) and the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) against New York State in an effort to prevent the enforcement of a law that bans the sale of weight management and muscle building supplements to minors. He is joined by Steve Mister, president and CEO of CRN and Kevin Bell of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, NPA's counsel in its lawsuit. They help explain what's happened thus far and what the next steps are.
