Taura Ingredients Launching Concentrated Vegetable Ingredient Blends

Using its URC (Ultra Rapid Concentration) processing technology for concentrating the taste and texture of fruit into fruit pieces, flakes, and pastes, Taura Natural Ingredients (Winchester, VA) is launching a new line of URC vegetable ingredients. The new vegetable blends are being offered within the company’s URC JusFruit line.

Taura will highlight the new vegetable blends at the upcoming Food Ingredients Europe tradeshow in Paris in November. The ingredients can be used in applications such as snack food.
