Synergy Flavors Buys Sensus LLC

Synergy Flavors (Wauconda, IL) has announced its acquisition of essence and extract manufacturer Sensus LLC (Hamilton, OH). The move gives Synergy added technologies for natural essence manufacturing and also improves the company’s position in tea and coffee markets, reports Synergy.

Sensus business operations will remain in Hamilton, Ohio.
