Shaklee acquires exclusive license for Liquid BioCell Collagen from BioCell Technology

An exclusive licensing agreement was recently announced in a press release by the Shaklee Corporation, Liquid Collagen Acquisition, LLC and BioCell Technology, LLC for the Liquid BioCell Collagen ingredient. The patented ingredient is designed to support the health of joints, connective tissues, and skin.¹

Shaklee Corporation made the decision to seek an exclusive license to ensure its customers continued to have access to the ingredient.

In a statement, BioCell Technology, LLC congratulated Shaklee Corporation and Liquid Collagen Acquisition, LLC on winning the bid for the assets of Modere. "The BioCell Technology, LLC team is proud and excited to work with Shaklee Corporation and Liquid Collagen Acquisition, LLC as its exclusive licensee to bring Liquid BioCell Collagen to the world,”¹ the statement read.
