Sami Labs, the India-based R&D and manufacturing arm of botanical ingredients specialist Sabinsa, was named Best Innovation and Technology Company at the Food 360° Conference organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
“It is gratifying to have our dedication to innovation recognized by our peers,” stated company founder Dr. Muhammed Majeed, in a press release. “We appreciate such recognition of our talented, highly educated and proficient team.”
Award winners were decided by a FICCI-appointed jury of peers, coordinated by Ernst & Young. The awards were given in conjunction with the International Conference on Agribusiness & Food Processing held recently in Hyderabad, India.
Sabinsa employs more than 100 full-time scientists who conduct ongoing botanical research in India and the United States.
