PureCircle Gains Patents for Natural Flavor for Stevia
The company's NSF-02 flavor works well with stevia and conventional sweeteners.

PureCircle (Chicago) has secures an IP portfolio to cover the use of its natural flavor NSF-02 in “virtually any key food and beverage category.”
First launched in 2011, NSF-02 is a natural flavor designed to work synergistically with PureCircle high-purity stevia sweeteners and conventional sweeteners, such as sugar and high fructose corn syrup.
NSF-02 is currently available for use in North America, Latin America, and Europe.
