NP Nutra (Gardena, CA) has launched CocOganic, a certified-organic coconut water ingredient for beverages, drink mixes, and powdered supplements. The ingredient is grown in the Philippines, then harvested and freeze-dried to maintain nutrients and flavor.

CocOganic is available in a fine, creamy white powder.
