Nexira (Rouen, France) has launched a nutricosmetics line called NutriBeauty. The range features three products: Glow & Beauty for Skin, Youth & Prevention for Anti-aging, and Hair & Nails Care. Skin renewal takes place in the hypodermis and dermis, says Nexira. This means that topical products such as creams, serums, and lotions have limited impacts, acting only on the upper layers of the epidermis. Nutricosmetics such as the NutriBeauty range, says Nexira, optimize skincare through a holistic approach by impacting the dermis, working synergistically with beauty routines that protect the epidermis through topical care.
Nexira also touts sustainably sourced and transparent ingredients. For example, Glow & Beauty contains a flagship prickly pear ingredient called Cactinea. The ingredient, says Nexira, is the result of an exclusive and longstanding relationship with Tunisian farmers that guarantees a certified origin, reliable supply chain, and superior quality. The formula also includes nettle lead, Ascophyllum, Oli-Ola olive extract, and VinOseed grade seed extract.
Youth & Prevent contains a natural marine magnesium called Simag, pomegranate extract, hibiscus extract, acerola extract, and VinOseed grape seed extract. Hair & Nails contains a hydrolyzed rice protein called Prothy, and nettle leaf extact. Ingredients like the hibiscus extract also offer an intense sensory experience, with a fruity, slightly tart flavor that can be utilized in dosage formats such as drinks, vials, droppers, and gummies. The NutriBeauty line is certified organic, vegan, and non-GMO.
