New partnership between Burcon and Puratos announced, aiming to create new product offerings with canola protein

A recent press release disclosed the news of Burcon NutraScience Corporation (Burcon) and Puratos partnering together to create new product offerings using Burcon’s Puratein canola protein,¹ which can utilized as an egg protein alternative with a high nutritional value. Purators is a provider of bakery, patisserie, and chocolate ingredients and services. The intent of this partnership is to meet the demands of consumers for healthier and more sustainable food choices.
