Green coffee extract’s chlorogenic acid offers antioxidant benefits. NP Nutra says that a small, 22-week human study associated the ingredient with significant reductions in body weight, body mass index, and percent body fat. The company says the ingredient’s mechanism of action for weight management has not yet been determined.
