More Patents for Verdure’s Pomegranate Extract

Dietary ingredients supplier Verdure Sciences (Noblesville, IN) has secured two more for the composition and methodology of its Pomella pomegranate extract brand.

Dietary ingredients supplier Verdure Sciences (Noblesville, IN) has secured two more Notices of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the composition and methodology of its Pomella pomegranate extract brand. The brand had previously received U.S. patent 7,638,640 in 2009.

“The Pomella brand continues to set the standard for pomegranate extract quality and punicalagin content. We are proud to see our efforts validated by further patent protections,” said the company’s vice president of marketing, Sonya Cropper.

Manufactured to HACCP, GMP-certified, and ISO-certified standards, Pomella extract is 100% natural, kosher-certified, and GMO-free. It has been clinically researched and standardized to a patented composition, including antioxidant-rich punicalagins.
