Specialty phosphates firm Innophos (Cranbury, NJ) has acquired Triarco Industries (Ogden, UT), a supplier of natural ingredients, including botanical extracts, plant-derived enzymes, and herbal teas.
“The addition of Triarco to the Innophos family of companies brings with it a broad portfolio of diverse botanical powders, extracts, enzymes, branded ingredients, and an array of processing capabilities,” Innophos stated. “With the existing nutritional macronutrients and micronutrients product range of Innophos and its recent acquisitions of Kelatron Corporation and AMT Labs, both with demonstrated strengths in mineral chelates and complexes, we are the ideal supplier for your mineral and nutraceutical needs.”
