Innophos Acquires Triarco Industries

Specialty phosphates firm Innophos (Cranbury, NJ) has acquired Triarco Industries (Ogden, UT), a supplier of natural ingredients, including botanical extracts, plant-derived enzymes, and herbal teas.

Innophos said Triarco retains its existing operating, customer service, and product quality management teams.
