Ingredion Patents Newest Clean Label Starch Technology

Ingredion’s clean label portfolio includes over 30 clean label ingredients.

Ingredion (Westchester, IL) has gained a U.S. patent for its latest clean label starch technology. The firm says the new technology allows the production of very high performance and high-quality functional native starches.

The new technology adds to Ingredion’s clean label portfolio, which so far includes over 30 clean label ingredients.
