IFP has produced Truvia products since 2007.
Powders contract manufacturer Innovative Food Processors (IFP; Faribault, MN) will continue to produce the Truvia stevia-based sweetener product line for Cargill (Minneapolis). The companies recently signed a long-term agreement.
“IFP has been a strong partner and resources in the development and scale-up for the Truvia business since 2007,” says IFP president and CEO Ephi Eyal.
IFP works with functional beverages, sports and nutritional supplements, and medical foods. Its processing services include advanced agglomeration and microencapsulation, and the firm also provides packaging services, including stick pouches.
