Herbalife Launches New Line for “24-Hour Athlete”

Herbalife’s new Herbalife24 product line is geared to athletes as a “comprehensive performance nutrition program designed to meet the nutritional needs of the 24-hour athlete.”
The line features seven products designed to let athletes customize their nutrition program based on their own demands. Products have been tested for banned substances by an independent third-party lab and contain only natural colors, flavors, or sweeteners.
The line includes: Formula 1 Sport, a dairy-based protein shake with glutamine; Hydrate, an “advanced hydration” product; Prepare, a pre-workout supplement with nitric oxide precursors to support blood flow to muscles; Prolong, designed to sustain performance with carbohydrates and electrolytes; Rebuild Endurance, a post-workout recovery shake; Rebuild Strength, another post-workout recovery shake; and Restore, a nighttime supplement “to combat exercise-induced inflammation.”
