Health Canada has issued Relora, a dietary supplement aimed at alleviating stress-related eating and promoting weight management, a Natural Product Number (#505349), enabling its sale in Canada.
Relora’s developer, Next Pharmaceuticals (Salinas, CA), says Relora works by “quieting the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis without causing drowsiness.” It is a blend of Magnolia officinalis and Phellodendron amurense bark extracts.
Relora has been sold in the United States since 2000 under patent (#6,582,735).
