Gelita to introduce new gummy solutions at Vitafoods Europe 2022

Gelita (Eberbach, Germany) is presenting new solutions for fortified gummies at Vitafoods Europe 2022, taking place in Geneva, Switzerland on May 10-12. The three, brand new fortified gummy solutions include SoluForm PE, Soluform SR, and Verisol HST. Soluform PE is optimized for the production of fruit-flavored gummies with high protein content.
Soluform SR is designed for sugar reduction. Use of Soluform SR allows manufacturers to reduce sugar concentrations without losing optimal texture, making it possible to cut sugar content down from 70% to 40%. Verisol HST is optimized for the production of collagen-enriched fruit-flavored gummies for the nutricosmetic space. Verisol HST replaces both gelatin and collagen to enable a concentration of 15% Bioactive Collagen Peptides without affecting taste and texture.
