Brookfield Engineering is unveiling its CT3 texture analyzer at Engredea 2013. The machine is characterized as a cost-savings alternative to high-end texture analyzers. Its various fixtures and probes enable rheology and texture measurement across a range of business sectors, including packaging, pharmaceuticals, and food production.
Brookfield has also introduced a range of instruments for powder flow analysis. The company specializes in viscometers and rheometers for control of liquids and semisolids.
