Elevant (New York) launched Optima NMN-C, a chewable nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) tablets scientifically designed to support energy and focus, memory and cognition, mood balance, and quality of sleep. Optima works directly within cells, providing sustained energy, and boosting nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), which is vital to support optimal body-wide health. The new tablets were designed to be paired with Elevant’s Prime NMN capsules. Elevant’s NMN-C is self-affirmed GRAS (generally recognized as safe).

“Taking Prime every morning and Optima during the day helps me boost my physical and mental energy and amplify my productivity throughout the entire day,” said Alessia Grozio, PhD, chief scientist at Seneque, in a press release. “These NAD+ boosters exemplify how Elevant is transforming the latest scientific discoveries into accessible daily health and wellbeing products.”

“Our bodies can’t get enough NMN from diet to counter the huge drops in NAD+ caused by aging and common daily stressors like exercise, sun exposure, poor sleep, and alcohol consumption,” added Eric Verdin, MD, president of the buck institute for research on aging, said. “We have to get the extra NMN we need to create energy and keep our body and brain functioning optimally through scientifically crafted NMN supplements like Prime and Optima. A complimentary daily health routine that targets both body and mind is a highly effective way for people to sustain good health over a lifetime.”
