EAS Consulting to Host Food-Labeling Compliance Seminar

On March 29-30, EAS Consulting Group will host a session at its training facility in Alexandria, VA, to cover food-labeling regulations and compliance.

The session will be led by former FDA labeling officials, now EAS consultants. It will cover the basics of how foods need to be labeled to comply with FDA’s labeling rules, as well as the latest food-labeling issues that have triggered FDA warning letters.
