Williamson (Louisville, KY) has posted a new video to its website explaining the challenges involved in formulating naturally derived food coloring. The video’s speaker is the company’s global food science and regulatory manager Jennifer Guild. Guild also made a presentation on the same topic at the Fi Conference “Advances in Natural Colouring,” which took place in London in February.
