Danisco (Copenhagen) is expanding its range of Yo-Mix yogurt cultures to meet the growing global demands for drinkable yogurt.

Danisco (Copenhagen) is expanding its range of Yo-Mix yogurt cultures to meet the growing global demands for drinkable yogurt.

According to Danisco, the market research group Euromonitor estimates that drinkable yogurt makes up one-third of the world’s yogurt production and is the fastest growing yogurt category. The compound annual growth rate for drinkable yogurt is said to be significantly higher than that of spoonable yogurt.

Danisco’s Yo-Mix platform offers a range of cultures tailored to meet local taste demands.
