Cyvex to Sponsor Protein Trends Seminar

Cyvex Nutrition (Irvine, CA) will exhibit at and sponsor a one-day seminar on April 10, 2013, focused on protein-enhanced food, beverages, and dietary supplements. The Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar will take place in Arlington Heights, IL.

The ingredient supplier will highlight several of its protein offerings, including its Solathin potato protein concentrate for promoting satiety and weight control; and Alfapro alfalfa juice protein concentrate, which contains more than 50% protein in addition to 18 amino acids, antioxidants, chlorophyll, xanthophylls, vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid.
