See the concepts that are now possible with Peazazz pea protein.
Burcon Nutrascience Corp. (Vancouver) is speeding up commercialization of its Peazazz pea protein. The company just completed a semi-works production plant in Winnipeg, Canada, and it will be dedicated to commercial-scale production of pea protein for market development activities, such as consumer testing and shelf life evaluation.
At July’s IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo in Chicago, Burcon will premiere pea protein beverage concepts: a juice-based beverage and a neutral-pH, dairy-style beverage. Both concept products will contain 5 g of Peazazz protein per serving. To learn more about the non-allergenic, soluble pea protein, visit Burcon at IFT booth #2984.
