Lodaat Pharma and Batory have formed a strategic partnership in which Batory will distribute Lodaat’s new sweetener Jagevia. The natural, plant-based, low-glycemic sweetener is extracted from the tammy of the Palmyra jaggery tree, and has high levels of naturally-occurring vitamin B12, B6, minerals, and antioxidants. Jagevia can be used in bars, baked goods, beverages, and nutraceutical applications.
