Aenova Group Acquires Euro Vital Pharma

Aenova Group (Pähl, Germany) has acquired Euro Vital Pharma GmbH & Co. KG (Hamburg, Germany) for a confidential purchase price.

Euro Vital Pharma is a developer, manufacturer, and marketer of health products. The company has developed more than 30 Germany-approved medicines, as well as salves, gels, syrups, and nasal sprays for dietary supplement and cosmetic markets. Aenova Group is especially interested in benefiting from Euro Vital Pharma’s semi-solid and liquid dosage forms.

The acquisition should close by the end of 2012, pending approval from relevant competition authorities.
