Sambazon (San Clemente, CA) has launched a new line of Superfruit Packs called Tropical Immunity, which is a blend of organic acerola, pineapple and banana. According to the company, the product contains ten times the vitamin C of an orange, most of which comes from acerola cherry, a cherry native to Central and South America.
“We are thrilled to introduce the Tropical Immunity Superfruit Packs, which is the beginning of a new line of innovative products full of nutrient dense ingredients and health benefits,” said Ryan Black, co-founder and CEO of Sambazon, in a press release. “Acerola not only tastes delicious, but the superfruit has incredible immune-boosting properties to help keep families healthy throughout the year! Our Tropical Immunity Superfruit Packs are a great way to quickly fuel up for the day ahead while naturally fighting off illness.”
The blend of frozen fruits is ideal for blending into a smoothie, contains only 40 calories, and contains no added sugar.
