Rousselot Hire to Focus on Collagen Research
The company has named Janne Prawitt, PhD, as its global nutrition manager.

Rousselot (Son, Netherlands) has hired Janne Prawitt, PhD, as its global nutrition manager. Formerly a post-doctoral researcher at the Pasteur Institute in France, Prawitt is now responsible for guiding product innovation and scientific support for Rousselot’s gelatin ingredients and collagen peptides. The company says Prawitt’s key objective is to build scientific support for Rousselot’s Peptan brand collagen peptides.
Prawitt holds a PhD in biochemistry and molecular cell biology from the University of Hamburg.
