SelectSieve Olive contains highly concentrated flavonoids from the olive, which the companies say have links to heart disease and cholesterol management.
They also point out that the European Food Safety Authority recognizes olive fruits as reducing oxidative stress, having antioxidant properties, and playing a role in lipid metabolism.
