Four Amazonian ingredients you've probably never heard of.
It looks like the deepest corners of South America and the Amazon still have rarely known plants that might offer human nutritive value. In its “passport” giveaway at the SupplySide West trade show in Las Vegas, Ecuadorian Rainforest (Belleville, NJ) highlighted its best-selling ingredients, condition-specific ingredients, and four entirely unusual ones.
