Lonza’s UC-II collagen now available in organic, Non-GMO Project Verified form
Lonza has launched an organic and Non-GMO Project Verified version of its UC-II collagen ingredient.

Lonza (Morristown, NJ) is expanding its undenatured collagen UC-II ingredient line with a new Non-GMO UC-II Made with organic collagen supplement. It is made with 93% organic ingredients, is Non-GMO Project Verified, and available in the United States only.
“Right now, joint health is a key priority for US consumers of all ages – the majority of whom are also looking for organic solutions,” said Martin Sambusini, associate director of innovation, Lonza Capsules & Health Ingredients, in a press release. “Despite the importance of joint health for so many, and for organic shoppers in particular, until this point, hardly any organically-sourced joint-health solutions have been available.”
