CoreFX Ingredients (Evanston, IL) recently announced that the global dairy co-operative that acquired CoreFX in 2016 will be selling a majority stake of the business to CoreFX founder and CEO Denis Neville.

CoreFX supplies innovative, dry nutritional ingredients made using a proprietary process that converts natural, plant, and dairy-based oils into stable, convenient powders that are clean-label, neutral in taste, highly dispersible, and customizable. Its brands include: OmegaFX, NutriCoreFX, CreamerCoreFX, CheezeCoreFX, and DairyCoreFX. The company also has a new line of bioactive compounds.
