CoreFX Ingredients LLC (Evanston, IL) has announced the acquisition of Connoils LLC, a boutique nutritional technology company that specializes in powder delivery systems and specialty oil distribution. According to the company, the acquisition will allow CoreFX to expand research and development, and improve its technical resources. For example, the technology acquired from Connoils can preserve nutritional value of active ingredients through advanced processes that minimize heat during the transformation of an active into powder. By protecting the active compounds and maximizing potency, CoreFX can deliver high quality, bioavailable ingredient with optimal nutrition.

Neville recently acquired a majority stake in CoreFX from the global dairy cooperative, Ornua, who acquired the company in 2016.
