Cargill’s CoroWise Sterols Featured in Chews, Juice

Quest Products’ new Cardio Chews and Cardio Juice heart-health products feature Cargill’s (Minneapolis) CoroWise plant sterols for cholesterol management. In clinical studies, plant sterols have been shown to decrease low-density lipoprotein, or “bad,” cholesterol.

The Cardio Chews are 15 calories per chew, contain 0 g of trans-fat per serving, and are touted as an on-the-go product for maintaining heart health. Cardio Juice contains 60 cal per 8-oz bottle. The products are available at select Walgreens stores.
