Tipton Mills Unveils Probiotic Lattes and Teas

This week’s Fancy Food Show in Washington, DC marked the launch of new private label and direct-to-consumer probiotic lattes, cappuccinos, and teas by Tipton Mills. Each product contains GanedenBC30, a patented heat-stable probiotic from Ganeden Biotech (Cleveland).

Unlike some other probiotics, GanedenBC30 is housed in a naturally occurring layer of organic material that protects the bacteria’s activity until its arrival at the human gut.

“A lot of our products are heat sensitive,” says Tim Sheehy, CEO of Tipton Mills. “This particular probiotic, GanedenBC30, thrives in a heated environment. GanedenBC30 is a very unique probiotic that has demonstrated tis ability to support digestive and immune health, and we’re excited to be able to offer this benefit to our clients.”
