Krill oil marketer Oleosea (Fribourg, Switzerland) has received environmental certification from Friend of the Sea for
VitalSea sources its krill oil from krill oil manufacturer Neptune Technologies & Bioressources Inc. (Laval, QC, Canada), another company certified by Friend of the Sea. The certification ensures that krill stocks are not currently overfished, the krill fishery is in compliance with responsible management, and there is no bycatch of endangered species. VitalSea products and promotional materials may now run the Friend of the Sea logo.
