A conference during expo hours targets enzymes that fight gluten intolerance.
Deerland Enzymes’ special presentation, “You Thought You Knew Gluten: The Real Science of Gluten Hydrolysis,” will discuss how it’s latest product, is uniquely designed to break down gluten proteins faster and more efficiently. Glutalytic goes beyond the traditional DPPIV (dipeptidyl peptidase IV) enzyme by attacking the peptide bonds in two ways, offering superior degradation of the gluten proteins that cause immune responses. This unique proteolytic enzyme blend attacks the internal and external bonds that make up the gluten protein.
