A conference during expo hours targets enzymes that fight gluten intolerance.
Deerland Enzymes’ special presentation, “You Thought You Knew Gluten: The Real Science of Gluten Hydrolysis,” will discuss how it’s latest product, is uniquely designed to break down gluten proteins faster and more efficiently.
