Chlorella, the single-cell fresh water green algae, is the star of a new topical moisturizing cream from Sun Chlorella USA (Torrance, CA).
Sun Chlorella Cream is said to be the first natural moisturizer to contain Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF). The company says that CGF is a source of highly beneficial nucleic acids that are found within the nucleus of the chlorella cell and chlorophyll. When applied to the skin, CGF is said to help stimulate skin-cell activity.
The topical product may be taken in conjunction with Sun Chlorella tablets for internal nourishment.
The cream also features clove and grapefruit seed extracts as antioxidants.
